Hut village color sketch

Color sketch for a village with those huts I posted before. I'm thinking part of the year it's flooded, and people have to move around in boats and part of the year the water is down (like here) and maybe I'll put a bustling market on the ground.

Huts!

Here are some huts. I drew like 75 huts, here are 56 of them. And then some colored. I'm thinking that the roofs would all be shiny, iridescent fish scales. There are magical fish in the area.

Gazelle in the boulders

A quick sketch I did while trying to decide what to have for dinner. Sometimes I end up liking quick sketches better than a lot of the drawings that take me a while.

Swamp

Color sketch of a swamp with a giant tree and what I imagine to be a pub as well as a couple trading outpost type buildings. Nothing is all that defined so far, just designing the boat right now, and then I'll do a clearer design for the pub and buildings.
Also trying to decide if I should do a closer shot like the second one posted here.

Skiing

Just got back from a ski trip. It's always so pretty up there. I wish I could go paint up there, but it's cold and then I'd miss out on ski time.
So these are just loosely based on what I remember.

Jungle sketch

Started a sketch, but I'm sleepy and going to bed, so I'll finish it tomorrow. Need to get a sense of depth still - it's pretty flat.
